THE GYROTONIC® METHOD

The Gyrotonic Method is a unique movement modality that utilizes specialized equipment to guide, assist and challenge the exerciser. Gyrotonic exercises are carefully crafted to create balance, efficiency, strength and flexibility. Each movement flows into the next, allowing the joints to move through a natural range of motion without jarring or compression. The Gyrotonic Method is highly adaptable, making it accessible to people from all walks of life. From fitness enthusiasts, senior citizens and accomplished athletes to people recovering from an injury or living with a disability, the benefits of Gyrotonic exercises are widespread. They help athletes improve their performance, and rehabilitation clients recover more quickly and fully post injury.
